I'm alive!

In case anyone wondered, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth.

I've just been entertaining in-laws.

I'll post tonight and come to visit everyone I can (by way of blog - no worries, I won't show up at your front doors).

Peace and hair grease.

  • Hmmm. Which is worse? Falling off the face of the earth, or entertaining the in-laws. Decisions decisions ...

  • In-laws. I think there should be some sort of control over the interaction that in-laws have with their children's spouses. And I don't want to hear how wonderful mothers-in-law or fathers-in-law are.

I think the first rule should be that an inlaw should call the son in law or daughter in law either Mrs. or Ms. None of this "Call me Dad" crap. One dysfunctional parent figure is good enough thank you.

Rule Two: I believe no inlaws should be allowed to say the following: "When will I be a grandparent"

Rule Three: Once children are born, grandparents should be seen and not heard, and only seen as long as they don't know sign language.

  • Hey James, what are the in-laws like? Did they have a problem with you and Mrs. B dating? I'm thinking of dating interracially, any tips? : )

  • In-Laws? Mine are too cool. We actually would love to see them more often but that 10,000 mile trip just doesn't happen every year.
